We invite you to submit your paper to the HKUST Finance symposium, to be held on Dec 11-12, 2017 in Hong Kong.

This year our theme is Corporate Finance, defined broadly. The conference will be run in a unique new mixed set-up. Unlike past years, when our symposium was invited-only, this year we plan to open up the program to include 6-8 high quality papers from a competitive section, in addition to our invited speakers below.

Keynote speakers:
Prof. Itay Goldstein (Wharton) and Prof. Phil Strahan (Boston College)

Invited symposium speakers:
Prof. Nittai Bergman (MIT Sloan), Prof. Claudia Custodio (Imperial College), Prof. Diego Garcia (University of Colorado at Boulder), and Prof. David Sraer (UC Berkeley).

The deadline for submissions is Friday, September 3, 2017, midnight US PST (night between September 3 & 4). We expect to send out decisions before the end of September.

We are excited about the symposium, and hope to see you in Hong Kong in December!
